Return Policy
Every order is filled with care, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Product may be returned provided it has not been opened and is in its original packaging. For example, thread that comes with a plastic wrap or seal can only be returned if the seal has not been broken. If you need to make a return, please send the item and a copy of your sales order/receipt back to:

Upon receipt we will verify the return and issue you a full refund less any shipping charges that we incurred. Likewise, you are responsible for return package shipping.
We package every order carefully, but understand that on rare occasions damage may occur. If the item came damaged in the mail, please email photos to customercare@onestopthreadshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace damaged product and advise if we need the damaged product sent back to us.
